History

June, 1951	Founded as “KITAI Socks Factory”, by the incumbent chairman.
january, 1966	Established a company “KITAI Co.,Ltd.” with 7,000,000 yen in capital.
April, 1966	Built a factory (present main building).
January, 1995	Increased capital to 10,000,000 yen.
November, 1995	Built an annex factory and extended and renovated main factory.
April, 2001	Masanori Kita assumed the chairman and Terumasa Kita assumed the president.
October, 2007	Built a center for processing and distributing(KDC).
December, 2007	Renovated main factory again.
March, 2011	Satoshi Kita assumed director.
July, 2011	Acquired ISO 9001 certification.
April, 2012	Acquired ISO 14001 certification.
March, 2013	Satoshi Kita assumed the senior managing director.
March, 2017	Acquired ISO9001:2015 certification. Acquired ISO14001:2015 certification.
March, 2018	Toshiyuki Kita assumed director.
March, 2019	Toshiyuki Kita assumed the managing director.
